Charity providing a unique Supported Employment service, using the IPS
(Individual Placement and Support) model, enabling people with mental
health problems to find and retain real, paid jobs in the community.
Target Group - People with mental health problems, aged 18-65 and living
in the borough of Lambeth.
Referral - Usually through Care Co-ordinators, but also through Job
Centres, GP’s or other people involved in an individual’s support.
Initially phone to find out more, or fill in a referral form and we will
call back.
Service offered includes – Individual Back to Work Plans; Vocational
Profile of skills, experience and employment preferences; CV; support
strategy; advice on job search, filling in application forms and going
to interviews; contacting employers on client’s behalf; confidence
building and encouragement; reviews once in work; and on going support
for as long as is necessary.
